How 1300/1800 numbers work

When your customer phones your 1300/1800 number the call is automatically and instantly redirected to the destination phone number you provided us.  This destination number can be a landline, mobile or VOIP number and can be changed as often as you like.

You do not require any additional phone lines or equipment. We simply divert the incoming calls to the number of your choice.  Your phone will continue to receive calls on the local number as usual, as well as receiving calls from your 1300/1800 number. If you have a line hunt or rotary system in place this will continue to work with your 1300/1800 number.

13, 1300 number generally cost your customer a local call rate to call. A 1800 number is completely free for your customer.
